Who is remX GmbH
and what makes us?
In 1998 remX GmbH was founded as SAMx Germany by our managing director, Mr. Marco Mostert and is a family run company specialized in the modernization of scanning electron microscopes as well as microprobes including analytical additives.

remX offers our customers worldwide customized solutions for upgrading older devices as well as systems for new devices. This makes it possible to bring older systems up to the current state of the art, even through upgrades.
As of April 1st, 2014, our product range was also extended, and we also distribute the “Evactron Plasma Cleaner” of the company XEI Scientific from the USA.
